At Twinkled T, we want you to love your nail art supplies; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used nail polishes and beauty tools cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label to the parcel and drop it off at your local carrier; we recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost mail.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
